What is Sambara?

Sambara–Samsat Mobile Jawa Barat is an application provided by Bapenda. Get easy access to pay for your vehicle tax online through Sapawarga Jabar Super App. With Samabara, you will be able to:

  • Pay tax for your own vehicle
  • Pay tax for other vehicle
  • Block a sold or lost vehicle using the Release Ownership feature
  • Make a reservation for 5-year tax payment in Samsat Digital Leuwipanjang

What is the next step after I paid for the annual tax vehicle?

The next step is to take care of the STNK validation. A validated STNK is official proof that your vehicle has been registered and verified by the competent authority. If the STNK validation is not taken care of immediately, you can be subject to sanctions or fines by the authorities for using a vehicle without official proof.

    What should I do if my payment was successful, but the status in the application still shows waiting for process/failed?

    Don't worry, you can wait for the payment process. If the payment process waiting time runs out but the status in the application has not changed, then you can confirm the payment on the application and later our Hotline team will help.

      When is the operating hour for vehicle tax complaint service?

      The vehicle tax complaint service can be contacted Monday through Friday, from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB. Please contact us again during these operating hours for further assistance regarding the problem you are experiencing.

        If the payment has been successful and the e-SKKP has been issued, is it still necessary to validate the STNK offline at the nearest Samsat?

        Currently, the STNK still needs to be stamped for validation at the nearest Samsat. However, in the future, the e-sah feature will soon be released, so that you are no longer need to authenticate offline at the Samsat office.

          What is Public Area Ticket Reservation?

          The ticketing feature is one of the superior features of the Sapawarga Jabar Super App Application. You  can purchase public area tickets on the application without having to queue at the location.

            I want to order tickets for the Rasulullah Gallery Museum, but I am not a citizens of West Java. What should I do?

            Currently, Sapawarga can be accessed by users outside West Java. You can log in or register a Sapawarga account then make a reservation via the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque menu.

              How much is the entrance ticket to the Ir. H. Djuanda Forest Park (Tahura)?

              The entrance ticket price for Tahura is IDR 17,000, and this ticket includes access to Tebing Keraton. However, this price does not include vehicle costs.

                Are there any discounts for groups entering Tahura?

                Tahura provides special ticket prices for groups and students. For more information regarding the terms and conditions, please contact Tahura Customer Service

                  How is the arrival system at Gedung Pakuan?

                  The arrival system at Gedung Pakuan is divided into two main sessions:

                  • Morning Session: 09.00-12.00 WIB, with 4 sessions in this period.
                  • Afternoon Session: 13.00-15.00 WIB, with 4 sessions in this period.
                  • Each session will last for 30 minutes, where visitors can walk around and get to know Gedung Pakuan. We recommend that visitors arrive 30 minutes before the session starts.

                  What are RW Activities?

                  RW Activities is a feature in the Sapawarga intended for Heads of Community (RW) throughout West Java to share photo and video documentation of local citizens activities. To enter the RW Activities feature, you can press the RW Activities button on the home page. In addition to sharing documentation and videos, RW Heads can also:

                  1. Give Likes, Comments, Shares, and Profiles on other RW posts
                  2. Upload daily Activities
                  3. Report Activities and Profiles from inappropriate posts

                  How do I claim an RW account?

                    What is the purpose of the Citizen Complaints feature?

                    • To provide a forum for the people of West Java to actively participate in providing input, complaints, or suggestions related to public services
                    • Speed up the response time or response from the government to input, complaints, or complaints received from the public
                    • Create a more open and transparent environment by publishing information
                    • Provide valuable data and input for the government to make continuous improvements to public services and innovation

                    How do I file a complaint in Sapawarga?

                    Fill in the form regarding the details of your complaint, including the category of the problem, location and additional information required—and include supporting photos—press the "Submit" button to submit your complaint. Once the complaint is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your complaint has been received and is being processed. You can monitor the status of your complaint through the application, where developments or follow-ups will be updated regularly.

                      How long does it take to process my complaint?

                      The resolution time for citizen complaints can vary depending on the complexity of the issue, the availability of resources, and the procedures in place at the relevant agency. Some complaints may be resolved quickly, but more complex complaints may take longer to be fully addressed

                        Why has my complaint not been followed up or received no response?

                        Your complaint is currently being processed by the relevant team. Please be patient in waiting, because we are committed to handling every complaint appropriately and completely.
